5 EASY WAYS TO SLIM DOWN NOW!

Spring is finally here and some of you have not kept the New Year’s resolutions you made in January. You all swore you would stick to them “this year,” but it is just so easy to slip away from your nutrition goals. Some of you tried fad diets, which don’t work, and some of you have fallen back into bad fat consuming habits. Well, here are some simple tips to get you back on track in no time.

1. Add a Snack!

2. Eat More Protein!
Protein is the essential building block to the entire body. Protein simply feeds your muscles. You’re going to need that especially after a workout since protein will help repair your muscles.
